How do new EV drivers onboard onto Ola?
There is no change to the onboarding process. If you have an EV vehicle we will pick this up from the documents you provide and you will be automatically enrolled in the category.

I already have an EV Vehicle. Do I need to do anything to get added to the EV category?
No. You will be automatically enrolled from the launch date.
How do I see which bookings are EV bookings?
You can see on the ride acceptance screen what category the rider has booked you under. You can also see a breakdown of your rides and earnings in the earnings section of your app.
What is the rate card for EV rides?

Is this offer available to drivers already on the platform?
Yes, and you will be automatically enrolled for the category for the launch.
What is the driver proposition?
Only 10% commission will apply for all the rides booked on the Ola EV category between 18 August 2021 to 3 January 2022.

Who can be an EV Driver?
All drivers licensed by TFL with a pure 100% electric vehicle will be eligible for the Ola EV Category
When will I start getting rides for the Ola EV category
The category will be live from the 13th May 2021, although riders may not see it immediately after this due to a gradual rollout over 10 days. You may start getting rides from the launch date
What vehicles are included in the EV Category?
Only 100% electric vehicles are included. Hybrid vehicles are not eligible
