How do I pay the weekly subscription?
Your subscription fee will be deducted directly from your Ola earnings, at the start of the week.

Is there a mileage limit?
Yes, there is a fair usage policy of 1000 miles per week for vehicles under the rental plan and 800 miles per week for vehicles under a rent to buy plan. If you exceed this, you will be charged on a quarterly basis at 10p/mile. The mileage will be checked during your quarterly service.
If the car has scratches or dents, how do I ensure I won’t get blamed for them?
All cars are of high quality and we will carry out a physical car check at the time of the handover. The same will be recorded in the check-list.
Would you provide a replacement vehicle, in case of any maintenance or other issues? If not, do I get an exception in the subscription?
You will get a replacement vehicle within the same or next working day.
What happens if there is an accident. Do you have road-side assistance?
We recommend you call your insurance company immediately and get it resolved. Contact details will be provided in the handover kit.
What cars are available?
Toyota Prius (plug-in), Hyundai Ioniq (plug-in), Toyota Prius (hybrid), Toyota Corolla (hybrid), Hyundai Ioniq (Hybrid). Other models may be available in future.
What documents should I bring to the Ola partner world?
Driver documents: driving licence, PHDL, DVLA check code, NINO. Payment details: sort code, bank account no. Utility bill or bank statement.

What does completion mean?
Your completion percentage is the amount of rides that you have completed, divided by the total number of rides that we send you. Don’t worry, any rides that are cancelled by the rider are not counted towards this number.
Can I accept bookings from outside London?
If you accept a trip that takes you out of London to one of the Ola cities, you can pick up a ride only if the ride comes back to London.
