Yes, under the rent to buy plan, all the log-book details and information will be transferred to your name post the completion of the lease. The transfer Fee for the same at the end of the plan would be £200.

Yes, you will be required to pay a deposit of £600 at the time of the agreement.

For rental, you need to give a 1 week Notice and pay a £200 pound penalty if you break the lease. For rent to buy, you can break the subscription by serving a 28-day notice. However the minimum rental period is13 weeks and you will be charged a £200 penalty.
