- Permission letter/Hire agreement if vehicle is rented
- Private hire drivers licence (paper and badge documents both required)
- Full UK drivers licence
- Driver unique number (Call sign) – Only required for Birmingham and Solihull
- Profile picture
- National Insurance number
- Bank account number and sort code
